Warranty and Returns
All products purchased from the Sonel store come with a manufacturer-specified warranty. This means that the products are guaranteed for quality, and in the event of any defects, the manufacturer commits to performing the necessary repairs or exchanges according to the warranty terms.
When shopping at Sonel.lv, customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt. In such cases, it is important to adhere to the return policy and ensure that the products are in good condition with all original packaging and documents.
Return Policy:
● Returned items must be in their original packaging and undamaged and must be free from physical or visual damage, and fully assembled as sold, including all accessories, instructions, and packaging.
● Items should not show any signs of wear and tear, such as scratches, deformations, or other indications of use.
● Personalized or individually ordered items are not eligible for the 14-day return option.
● Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Ordering and Payment
After placing an order, you can choose one of the following payment methods:
1. Payment at our SONEL store, Katlakalna Street 6D, Riga.
2. Bank transfer based on a previously received invoice.
3. Direct bank payment immediately after creating the order.
Pick Up and Delivery
● Orders can be picked up free of charge at our warehouse.
● Delivery costs within Riga range from €24.2 with VAT, and outside Riga from €30, depending on the order’s weight, size, and delivery options outlined here and here.
● After placing your order, our sales representative will contact you to confirm delivery options and costs. For difficult deliveries, such as to hard-to-reach areas or those requiring special conditions, additional charges may apply.
